1. Introduction & Acceptance

• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. 3vk is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with a third party.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, 3vk may immediately place a temporary lock on the account and notify the user.

3. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

3vk is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. If a minor creates an account using false information, that account and all associated transactions will be considered void.

• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use 3vk.
• 3vk employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the platform.
• 3vk may request proof of identity at any time for age verification purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3vk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Instant deposits are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit: ৳50. Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Deposits are generally free of charge. However, payment gateways may apply their own fees, which are the responsibility of the user.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Gaming Rules

All games on 3vk are powered by certified third-party RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is entirely random and fair — no one can influence the result in anyone's favor.

• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay (such as a server error or disconnection), 3vk will attempt to resume the game from the last valid game state.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect payout in any game, 3vk reserves the right to recover the overpaid amount.
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and refunded. However, bets on any portions already completed may still stand.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

3vk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice—though this action is typically taken in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

• If an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms & Conditions violation, any remaining balance will be refunded.
• If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• As part of Responsible Gaming, self-exclusion is also available — either for a set period or permanently.
